Where do I even begin? I first met Liz at the Bohemian Summer Festival and was immediately drawn to her magnetic yet gentle energy and bigger than life personality. I went on to have one on one coaching with this wonderful human which has been a very transformative experience. At times I was out of my comfort zone but I put my trust in Liz and let go and embraced it all, releasing some huge emotions I have been hanging on to for far too long. I have a lifelong issue with self loathing which means I do not participate to the fullest in some areas of my life. We worked hard together in order for me to go on a dream trip to Europe and just be me and not care what I believe others are thinking about me. IT WORKED.
