Imagine this
A Life Where Confidence Comes First
Imagine… planning your wedding without shrinking yourself
You’re engaged! You’re planning your wedding! But instead of obsessing over dieting for the dress, you’re focusing on actually enjoying the experience.
You’re fuelling your body with food that feels good, moving in ways that light you up and when it’s time to try on dresses, the only thing you care about is how it makes you feel. Not the number on the tag. Not how "toned" your arms are. Just you, feeling like the queen you are. |
Imagine… summer is rolling around, and you’re taking the kids to Wet n Wild in Queensland
You realise you don’t have any bathers, so off you go to the shops. But this time, instead of worrying about how they look, you’re thinking about how they work.
What’s not going to ride up your bum? What’s going to keep your boobs in place and not flash every three-year-old in sight? What’s going to be sun smart? Imagine standing in the change room, picking out what feels good on your body, what lets you move freely, what makes you feel supported, without a single thought about whether it makes you look "flattering." |
Imagine… dressing for the job of your dreamsYou’re getting ready for an interview for the job, the one you’ve worked your arse off for, the one that sets your soul on fire.
You look at your wardrobe, but instead of thinking “Does this make me look thinner?”, you ask yourself “What makes me feel strong, capable, powerful?” You step into that interview not just looking the part, but feeling it. Not because you’ve shrunk yourself down, but because you know who you are and what you bring to the table. |
Imagine… a holiday where your body is the last thing on your mindYou’ve hired a boat and you’re out snorkelling on the reef with your besties. The sun is shining, the water is crystal clear and you’re all in your swimmers, feeling amazing, hot and completely in the moment.
You dive off the boat, swim like a little dolphin and laugh until your belly hurts. That evening, you get back to your hotel, sun kissed and salty. The night is warm, so you throw on shorts and a tank top, head down for dinner, sip cocktails and soak up the magic of this trip. And not once do you think about the size of your body. |
Imagine… walking into your high school reunion owning every inch of yourself
It’s your 10/20/30 year high school reunion. And instead of panicking about how your body has changed since you were 18, you’re standing in front of the mirror, choosing an outfit that makes you feel like you.
Because the woman you are today? She’s lived. She’s experienced things. She’s stronger, wiser, and more powerful than that 18 year old ever was. Imagine walking into that room, not comparing, not shrinking, not apologising for the space you take up, just owning it. |
THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU
You don’t have to spend another year at war with yourself. You don’t have to wait until you hit a certain size to start living. You deserve to feel at home in your body, right now, as she is.
If this kind of freedom feels like something you want but don’t know how to get, get into the Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance program.
I'll hold your hand and help you to shift the way you see yourself, break free from body shame and start living fully, without waiting for your body to change.

What My Clients Say about Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance
(ORBA for short)
Taking part in ORBA has provided me with tools that I use daily and have now passed on to my girlfriends to help us sift out all the noise and stories we have been told about ourselves and our bodies. Liz has provided a space where we can share freely, connect deeply and dance joyfully and I am incredibly grateful to have gained a supportive community through ORBA 🩷
Blaise 37, Brisbane QLD
The ORBA program for me was a game changer, when I met Liz she was so inspiring, excitedly I jumped in feet first.
Working with Liz not only cracked open some truths, it brought me to a place of acknowledging my own inner voice and knowing, and re directing / writing my inner voice / dialogue, the amazing women who joined me held space for me to processes and release what no longer served me and helped me find the courage to accept and honour my beautiful body for all that it is right now.
I have learnt some awesome strategies to help over come the negative self talk and dress to make myself feel good. I’m so glad I said yes, to work on myself and push through some walls to find a marvellous place where I can have body acceptance in all its glory. Did I mention the amazing supportive and inspiring women I met during this course - a space where I felt safe and supported was just what I needed.
Thank you Liz - I brag that after having completed this program, I have turned a corner and am loving my body just as it is, I can look in a mirror and find something kind to say and I’m smiling more at myself than I ever have before.

ORBA was wild, calm, supportive and fun! All the things I needed at this time in my life. Week by week we dove into different empowering topics that were obviously so intentionally and thoughtfully curated by Liz to bring out the radiance and confidence in all of us. I loved the dancing, the Qoya classes and all those mindful moments that made me stronger and wiser. I gained so much gold information to help bring out the best in me while letting me be my authentic self, my heart felt held each step of the way. The connections and inspiration cultivated with the other women was priceless. I looked forward to these Mondays every week! Just a couple of hours to myself to be myself and celebrate life, nourishing our mind bodies and souls and all personal development together really was due opening, exciting and blissful. I highly recommend all women to get in on the ORBA action for themselves. It's everything it says it is and more. Liz is the most perfect facilitator. I can't wait to get involved one more time and I hope to see you there! 💞

(Working with Liz) was life-changing. It helped me peel back all the noise in my head—those critical voices and limiting beliefs—and rediscover the person who’s been hiding underneath. I came to see that I am so much more than what I look like on the outside. I’ve found courage I didn’t have before: I go to the beach now and wear my bathers. I wear styles I never would’ve dared try. I move through my life with more ease, confidence, and self-acceptance. If you’re ready to shift your relationship with your body, your image, and your inner voice, I wholeheartedly recommend this work.
Janina, 57, Geelong
I joined Liz's ORBA as I love learning more and more about embodiment. I was especially curious about connecting with pussy as it was not something I had heard of before. The Zoom sessions made it really easy to commit as I just needed my phone and internet. Group work is so special to me. Being in a group of incredible women on a similar but different journey is always super powerful. Liz held such a beautiful space in these sessions. I recommend people give it ago and see what you learn about yourself.
Sarah 32, Ballarat Victoria
Liz is an amazing mentor and coach. She has absolutely changed my world. I learned to embrace my body in a whole new way. Liz taught me to unlearn behaviours that had been holding me back, both consciously and subconsciously for years. Shedding layers of other people's bullshit. So I could just be myself. If you really want to change your life, let Liz help you. She’ll spark something within you that will lead you home to yourself.

I’ve been there. I’ve done the self-hate.
I’ve lived in a fat body most of my life.
Which means I’ve also lived with the relentless message that my body is a problem to fix.
Every magazine, ad and TV show told me the same thing: if I wanted to be worthy, I had to be smaller. Smoother. More toned. Less me.
I believed them. I spent years in a constant loop of shame and self-hate.
Covering up. Shrinking down. Exhausted by the mental load of it all.
By 35, I cracked. I knew I couldn’t live like that anymore.
I was done.
So I went searching for another way. I read everything. I followed fierce, fat, fabulous women on the internet. I let new ideas in.
And then I found Qoya free-dance, and for the first time in my life, I stopped living from the neck up.
I dropped into my body. I felt things. Moved things. Reclaimed things.
It didn’t fix everything overnight. But it cracked something open.
I began to see my body as something more than a project to manage. I started treating her like a person. Like a companion. Like me.
Now I teach this work through movement, coaching, and my lived experience.
And Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance the is the course where I put those years of experimenting, learning and realisations together to help you get to the same kind of shift in 12 weeks.
This isn’t fluff or toxic positivity.
It’s the real stuff: tools, mindset flips and body-based practices that actually help you stop the mental war and come back to yourself.
I created this for women like you because I am you.
And because it’s time for all that body bullshit to fuck right off.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are the calls?
Mondays from 7 - 9 pm AEST on zoom.
What are the dates of the course?
Monday 31 August to Monday 30 November inclusive. There will be no calls on 2 November or 16 November.
Do I have to love my body by the end of the program?
Nope. This program isn't about forcing yourself to love every inch of your body overnight. It's about stepping out of the exhausting cycle of criticism and into a relationship built on acceptance, respect and trust. Some women finish the program feeling genuine appreciation for their bodies. Others simply experience more peace. Both are incredible outcomes.
What if I've struggled with body image for decades?
You're exactly who I created this program for. Body image isn't something you "should have figured out by now." Most women have spent years, even decades, absorbing messages that taught them their worth was tied to their appearance. This work isn't about undoing all of that in a weekend. It's about gently creating a new way of relating to yourself, one step at a time.
I'm nervous about sharing in a group. What if I don't want to talk?
That's completely okay. Everything we do in my sessions is an invitation, you get to decide how you want to participate. You'll never be forced to share anything you're not comfortable sharing. Some women process by talking, others by listening and reflecting. Both are equally welcome. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, supported and accepted exactly as you are.
Is this program only for women in larger bodies?
No. All women, regardless of the size of their bodies, have been subjected to this relentless messaging that their body has to look a certain way in order to "have value" as a woman. I've worked with women in all shapes, sizes and stages of life who have felt trapped by body shame, constant self criticism and the exhausting belief that they need to change before they can truly enjoy their lives. No matter what size your body is, if thoughts about your body are stealing your confidence, your joy or your peace, this program is for you.
What's the difference between body positivity and body acceptance?
Body positivity encourages us to love our bodies, celebrate them and see the beauty in them. Women loving the skin that they are in is a beautiful thing. But if you are anything I was starting from a place of hating everything about your body, jumping over the Grand Canyon feels more achievable than loving your body. Body neutrality is the midpoint between body hate and body love. A stepping stone, if you like, in the middle of the canyon for you to aim for first. Body acceptance is when you’re able to look at your body without any negative thoughts or any positive ones, literally just “this is my body and this is what it looks like”. A pure, simple acceptance of your body with no negatives, no positives.
Why is the group limited to only 12 women?
Because I want you to be able to take up space. Keeping the group small means you'll receive personalised coaching, have space to ask questions and build meaningful connections with other women who truly understand what you're going through.
Is this another program telling me to love my body?
No. It's about freeing you from the constant mental load of thinking about your body all the time. Imagine getting dressed without the internal battle. Going out for dinner without the guilt. Looking in the mirror without immediately picking yourself apart. That's what we're working towards.
Will the calls be recorded?
Yes! The recordings will go up in the program portal and on to the podcast feed and they will be available to everyone within 2 days of the session (usually faster).
What happens in the sessions?
The structure of each of the sessions will be:
Can I join if I still want to lose weight?
Yes. Many women come into this program still holding a desire to lose weight and there's absolutely no judgement around that. You've spent years, maybe decades, being told that your body needs to change to be worthy of confidence, happiness or love. Those beliefs don't disappear overnight. This program isn't about telling you what you should or shouldn't do with your body. It's about helping you untangle your self-worth from your size, so that your happiness isn't dependent on the number on the scales. You may still choose to pursue weight loss. You may decide you no longer want to. Either way, my hope is that your decisions come from what you truly want to do rather than what society says you should do. Because you deserve to feel worthy now, not "one day" when your body looks different.
How much homework will I get?
Most homework will take less than 30 mins a week. All homework is an invitation to you to do. That said, the more work you do outside of our sessions, the more you will get out of it and the faster we'll be able to go. I will encourage you to post often in the Telegram chat to practice the tools that we are learning. The more you post, the more the tools will become part of your everyday life and help you to keep connected to your radiance and the other women in the course. I will be holding you accountable but you are a grown woman who can make her own decisions!
Is this course a replacement for counselling/therapy/psychologist?
No! I am not a counsellor or a psychologist. However, I believe that this course is a brilliant addition to any other therapies you may be undertaking as the embodiment practices will help you deal with your emotions in a different way to more traditional therapies. I will never tell you to stop your current therapies or medication. I may encourage you to speak to your team to ensure that you are well informed about your treatment and that it is still right for you at this time.
