Imagine This… A Life Where Confidence Comes First

Imagine… summer is rolling around, and you’re taking the kids to Wet n Wild in Queensland.

You realise you don’t have any bathers, so off you go to the shops. But this time, instead of worrying about how they look, you’re thinking about how they work.

What’s not going to ride up your bum? What’s going to keep your boobs in place and not flash every three-year-old in sight? What’s going to be sun smart?

Imagine standing in the change room, picking out what feels good on your body—what lets you move freely, what makes you feel supported—without a single thought about whether it makes you look "flattering."

Imagine… planning your wedding without shrinking yourself.

You’re engaged! You’re planning your wedding! But instead of obsessing over dieting for the dress, you’re focusing on actually enjoying the experience.

You’re fuelling your body with food that feels good, moving in ways that light you up, and when it’s time to try on dresses, the only thing you care about is how it makes you feel. Not the number on the tag. Not how "toned" your arms are. Just you, feeling like the queen you are.

Imagine… dressing for the job of your dreams with confidence.

You’re getting ready for an interview for the job—the one you’ve worked your arse off for, the one that sets your soul on fire.

You look at your wardrobe, but instead of thinking “Does this make me look thinner?”, you ask yourself “What makes me feel strong, capable, powerful?”

You step into that interview not just looking the part, but feeling it. Not because you’ve shrunk yourself down, but because you know who you are and what you bring to the table.

Imagine… walking into your high school reunion owning every inch of yourself.

It’s your 10-year high school reunion. And instead of panicking about how your body has changed since you were 18, you’re standing in front of the mirror, choosing an outfit that makes you feel like you.

Because the woman you are today? She’s lived. She’s experienced things. She’s stronger, wiser, and more powerful than that 18-year-old ever was.

Imagine walking into that room, not comparing, not shrinking, not apologising for the space you take up—just owning it.

Imagine… a holiday where your body is the last thing on your mind.

You’ve hired a boat, and you’re out snorkelling on the reef with your besties. The sun is shining, the water is crystal clear, and you’re all in your bikinis—feeling amazing, hot and completely in the moment.

You dive off the boat, swim like a little dolphin and laugh until your belly hurts.

That evening, you get back to your hotel, sun-kissed and salty. The night is warm, so you throw on shorts and a tank top, head down for dinner, sip cocktails and soak up the magic of this trip.

And not once do you think about the size of your body.

THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU

You don’t have to spend another year at war with yourself. You don’t have to wait until you hit a certain size to start living. You deserve to feel at home in your body—right now, as she is.

If this kind of freedom feels like something you want but don’t know how to get, get into my Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance group program.

I'll help you to shift the way you see yourself, break free from body shame and start living fully, without waiting for your body to change.

Accepting your body exactly as it is right now is an outrageous, radical act.

Live your best life by appreciating each and every part of you as it is right now.

This is the only body you are going to get in this lifetime, so how about you start treating her like the perfect Goddess vessel that she is?

Imagine what you could use your brain power for if you no longer devoted vast slabs of time to being concerned with how you look.

Stopped being terrified of aging, gaining or losing weight, stretch marks, pimples, removing or keeping your body hair?

If when you went shopping for a new swimsuit the only criteria that mattered were sun safety ratings, comfort and practicality? "Is this top going to stay on if I go for a surf?" "Am I going to be comfy in these bottoms?"

My next round of Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance is starting on Monday 29 September to help you continue along this path, no matter where you are right now.

In this 8 week course you will:
  • Learn why you feel the way you do about your body (and why it's not your fault!)
  • Acknowledge your current feelings about your body
  • Explore bragging about your body and how that feels
  • Dancing with all these emotions
  • And so much more!

Let’s get outrageous together!

What other women say about this course...

The ORBA program for me was a game changer, when I met Liz she was so inspiring, excitedly I jumped in feet first.

Working with Liz not only cracked open some truths, it brought me to a place of acknowledging my own inner voice and knowing, and re directing / writing my inner voice / dialogue, the amazing women who joined me held space for me to processes and release what no longer served me and helped me find the courage to accept and honour my beautiful body for all that it is right now.

I have learnt some awesome strategies to help over come the negative self talk and dress to make myself feel good. I’m so glad I said yes, to work on myself and push through some walls to find a marvellous place where I can have body acceptance in all its glory. Did I mention the amazing supportive and inspiring women I met during this course - a space where I felt safe and supported was just what I needed.

Thank you Liz - I brag that after having completed this program, I have turned a corner and am loving my body just as it is, I can look in a mirror and find something kind to say and I’m smiling more at myself than I ever have before.

Taking part in ORBA has provided me with tools that I use daily and have now passed on to my girlfriends to help us sift out all the noise and stories we have been told about ourselves and our bodies. Liz has provided a space where we can share freely, connect deeply and dance joyfully and I am incredibly grateful to have gained a supportive community through ORBA 🩷

ORBA was wild,  calm,  supportive and fun! All the things I needed at this time in my life.  Week by week we dove into different empowering topics that were obviously so intentionally and thoughtfully curated by Liz to bring out the radiance and confidence in all of us. I loved the dancing,  the Qoya classes and all those mindful moments that made me stronger and wiser. I gained so much gold information to help bring out the best in me while letting me be my authentic self, my heart felt held each step of the way.  The connections and inspiration cultivated with the other women was priceless.  I looked forward to these Mondays every week! Just a couple of hours to myself to be myself and celebrate life, nourishing our mind bodies and souls and all personal development together really was due opening, exciting and blissful. I highly recommend all women to get in on the ORBA action for themselves.  It's everything it says it is and more.  Liz is the most perfect facilitator.  I can't wait to get involved one more time and I hope to see you there! 💞

I joined Liz's ORBA as I love learning more and more about embodiment. I was especially curious about connecting with pussy as it was not something I had heard of before. The Zoom sessions made it really easy to commit as I just needed my phone and internet. Group work is so special to me. Being in a group of incredible women on a similar but different journey is always super powerful. Liz held such a beautiful space in these sessions. I recommend people give it ago and see what you learn about yourself.

Why I’m Your Guide

I didn’t just learn this work — I lived it.

I was a family lawyer for over a decade, fighting for women at the very worst time of their lives navigating family violence and life-altering transitions.

I also had to fight for myself through toxic workplaces, burnout and deep disconnection from my own body.

Eventually, I burned my entire career to the ground and realised that I had never really chosen it for myself.

What followed was a wild unravelling and a beautiful return.

When I found the School of Womanly Arts and got certified in Qoya free-dance, everything changed.

I stopped abandoning myself.

I came back to my body.

I remembered parts of myself that had been buried under expectations, logic and burnout.

I reclaimed my pussy as my source of truth.

Now, I'm the fat woman walking around with Big Pussy Energy across her chest.

Painting her boobs at a festival.

Wearing a bikini at the beach.

Dancing at the supermarket when a 90s banger comes on.

Saying the word "Pussy".

Being unapologetically me.

Using my voice.

Taking up space in MY way.

I bring all of that — intuition, embodiment, lawyer's precision and the lived experience as a woman who's walked through fire and come out radiant —to guide you home to yourself.

I'm not here to give you a script.

I'm here to help you remember who YOU are in your OWN way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the sessions be recorded?
All sessions will be recorded and they will be available to everyone within 2 days of the session (usually faster).

What happens in the sessions?
The structure of each of the sessions will be:
  • We dance into each session.
  • We brag.
  • We will discuss a particular topic and we will practice embodiment tools related to the topic either as a group or in breakout rooms.
  • I’ll give you homework, and hold you accountable for it.
  • Favourite Frames.
  • End each session by joyfully dancing it out!

How much homework will I get?
Most homework will take less than 30 mins a week. All homework is an invitation to you to do. That said, the more work you do outside of our sessions, the more you will get out of it and the faster we'll be able to go.

I will encourage you to post often in the dedicated Facebook group to practice the tools that we are learning. The more you post, the more the tools will become part of your everyday life and help you to keep connected to your radiance and the other women in the course.

I will be holding you accountable but you are a grown woman who can make her own decisions!

Is there a payment plan?
Yes! There are two payment plans up in my shop at the moment. Please scroll down to the heading "Select Products & Packages Category" to find them. If the current payment plans do not work for you, please email me at liz@lizreichard.com.au and I can craft one just for you!

I also have PayPal as a payment option so you may be able to access their Pay In 4 payment plan.

Is this course a replacement for counselling/therapy/psychologist?
No! I am not a counsellor or a psychologist.

However, I believe that this course is a brilliant addition to any other therapies you may be undertaking as the embodiment practices will help you deal with your emotions in a different way to more traditional therapies.

I will never tell you to stop your current therapies or medication. I may encourage you to speak to your team to ensure that you are well informed about your treatment and that it is still right for you at this time.
Liz Reichard in all her beingness acknowledges the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the Custodians of the places we dance on. I acknowledge you as the custodians throughout the flow of time and honour the custodial role you have always undertaken. I love seeing the incredible connection of the Wurundjeri People with nature and their community in the motion of cultural dance. The beauty and power of nature here is a fabulous reflection of the care and conservation you have provided. The trees of this place are particularly majestic and fill me with ease and calm which is an awe-inspiring reminder of the sacredness and ancient nature of the land and of your people. I pay full-bodied respects to the Wurundjeri Elders past and present. I am committed to having the movement of my business to be an embodiment of respect to the Aboriginal community.
