My monthly Swamp sessions designed to help you reconnect with your true self, release what no longer serves you and step into your power in a way that’s unapologetically YOU.

Whether you're local or joining from afar, this is your invitation to dive deep into your own power, alongside other amazing women, through movement, conversation and embodiment.

What to Expect

Each month, we’ll gather to:

  • Brag & Dance: Kick off the circle by celebrating your wins. Let go, move your body, and shake out all the good energy. We’re starting strong with full ownership of who we are!
  • Embodiment Practice – The Swamp: This is where we get real. We’ll move through the Swamp, releasing pent-up emotions. We’ll dance through Rage, honour Grief, and ultimately reconnect to our Radiant Turn On – that powerful, unapologetic energy that’s been there all along.
  • Leave Empowered & Ready to Own Your Life: Each circle closes with a favourite “frame” - a way of digesting and processing the Circle by sharing your favourite part of it.

What if I’m new to circles or embodiment work?
Perfect! These circles are designed for women at all stages of their journey. Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, you’ll feel at home in this space. No previous experience is required!

Can I still participate if I have an injury or mobility issues?
Yes! Every part of The Swamp is an invitation to you to participate. If something doesn't work for you, please find a way that does.

Do I have to come every month?
No, it's pay as you go. Come whenever suits you best!
