Radiance starts here

Stop living up here.

Start living down here.

Your body has been waiting.

We’ve been taught to live in our heads, thinking, analysing, overthinking, so much that we forget we even have bodies, let alone that our radiance lives there.

We ignore her signals, we tell her she’s too much, we think we know better.
But she knows exactly what you need.
When you live in the mind, you’re always second-guessing yourself.

Did I say the right thing?

Is this the right choice?

Will this make them happy?

The mind keeps you in a loop of endless questions, and while you’re spinning, your body, your home, is calling out, "Come back to me".

What if you just stopped for a moment?

Took a breath.

Asked your body how she feels about things.

Not what makes
sense, but what feels good.

Radiance isn’t something you think your way into.

It’s something you feel your way into.

It’s a grounded sense of knowing, a deep trust that starts when you stop living by everyone else’s rules and start asking your own body what she needs.
Imagine living from that place.
Imagine trusting your body’s cues, the ones that say yes before your brain can talk you out of it.

The ones that nudge you to rest when the world says to push harder.
The ones that spark desire, joy, fullness, and yes, sometimes rebellion.

Living from your body changes everything.
Instead of chasing achievements, you start attracting experiences that genuinely light you up.
You find yourself saying no to things that feel off, even when they look “right” on paper.

You stop forcing yourself into boxes you don’t fit in, and you let your body guide you, wild, unapologetic, radiant.

So, how do you begin?

Start by checking in.

When you get dressed tomorrow, ask your body: What feels good?

Not what looks best or makes sense: what feels like me today?

When you’re about to make a decision, drop into your body and notice her response.

Is she open, relaxed, alive?

Or is she tightening, pulling away?

Radiance starts here.

It starts with letting your body lead.

It starts with honouring her wisdom, trusting her desires, and knowing that she, not anyone else, holds the key to your fullest life.

So, are you ready to let your radiance out of hiding?

Liz Reichard in all her beingness acknowledges the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the Custodians of the places we dance on. I acknowledge you as the custodians throughout the flow of time and honour the custodial role you have always undertaken. I love seeing the incredible connection of the Wurundjeri People with nature and their community in the motion of cultural dance. The beauty and power of nature here is a fabulous reflection of the care and conservation you have provided. The trees of this place are particularly majestic and fill me with ease and calm which is an awe-inspiring reminder of the sacredness and ancient nature of the land and of your people. I pay full-bodied respects to the Wurundjeri Elders past and present. I am committed to having the movement of my business to be an embodiment of respect to the Aboriginal community.
