It's time to celebrate!

In the last session of my Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance group program, I always do an activity called Future Bragging and I thought you might like to do it too.

The invitation is to imagine that it is 12 months from now and you are bragging and celebrating all that you have achieved in these last 12 months as if they happened.

Start each line with “I brag…” and let your imagination run wild.

There's no such thing as too big a brag.

If you had a magic wand and the world was your oyster, what would you achieve in these next 12 months?

Give yourself permission to dream and dream as widely and wildly as you can.

Once you've finished your list, I invite you to read back through it truly as though you have achieved each and every one of those brags.

And then do a happy dance, jump up and down screaming “I did it!” or however feels best for you to physically celebrate these incredible brags.

You could even share this exercise with a friend and then share your lists with each other and then celebrate together!!

Because it's all the sweeter sharing and celebrating with another woman.

And if you'd like to share them with me, I will celebrate the fuck out of them with you too!!

Just hit reply on this email!

And in case you were wondering, here are some of my future brags for December 2026:
  • I brag I did my Tedx talk in May.
  • I brag my fitness is better than it has ever been.
  • I brag I ran a half marathon.
  • I brag I am harvesting so many veggies from my garden, I barely need to buy any anymore.
  • I brag women are falling over themselves to work with me.
  • I brag each of my group programs completely sold out with waitlists.
  • I brag feeling fulfilled and joyful.
  • I brag going to Uluru and Europe with mum this year.
  • I brag my work is rippling out to so many women across the world.

Liz Reichard in all her beingness acknowledges the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the Custodians of the places we dance on. I acknowledge you as the custodians throughout the flow of time and honour the custodial role you have always undertaken. I love seeing the incredible connection of the Wurundjeri People with nature and their community in the motion of cultural dance. The beauty and power of nature here is a fabulous reflection of the care and conservation you have provided. The trees of this place are particularly majestic and fill me with ease and calm which is an awe-inspiring reminder of the sacredness and ancient nature of the land and of your people. I pay full-bodied respects to the Wurundjeri Elders past and present. I am committed to having the movement of my business to be an embodiment of respect to the Aboriginal community.
